This programme is designed to build on your change management experience, or if you’re new to the world of adaptive change and wish to add this to your existing Change Portfolio.
Lean Change Management is a modern approach that takes ideas from Lean Startup, Agile, Organizational Development, and Change Management in order to help you figure out the best approach to the change you’re faced with.
The focus of this programme is on strategic change. You will have chance to explore deeper by bringing your change challenge to work through.
We've added our own flavour to Lean Change by combining behavioural science with the foundational elements of Jason Little's Lean Change Agent Programme.
We recognise the value of like-minded people co-creating change and offer the opportunity to bring your change challenge on the second day of the workshop so you work on designing approaches and solutions straightaway.
It is particularly suited to Change Practitioners, Agile Coaches, Organisational Development Practitioners, Project Managers, in fact anyone who is responsible for leading change.
(Workshop language will be mainly in English but Japanese language support is available)
